Tom Matta Big Band

Andrew recently play on several rehearsals and gigs with the Tom Matta Big Band, one of Chicago's finest large jazz ensembles.

Salsa Chicago Mambo All-Star Orchestra

Since moving to Chicago in June, Andrew has been playing with this hot salsa band all across the midwest. Recent performances include performances in Cincinnati OH, Elkhart IN, Lake Forest IL, and many of Chicago's hottest night clubs. The band will be featured performers in this year's Chicago Salsa Congress, which takes place in February.

Fairly Odd Parents Recording Session

Andrew recently flew to Los Angeles to play a professional cartoon music studio gig, recording a big band track for the Emmy Award Winning cartoon program "The Farily Odd Parents," which airs on Nickelodeon. The music was written by studio giant Guy Moon and arranged by Andrew's former teacher Jeff Haskell. Other trombonists on the gig included Alex Iles, Moises Paiewonsky, and Craig Gosnell.

Soloist Performance December 9th, 2008

Dr. Tina Walton, director of the incredible Catalina Foothills High School Steel Band program recently asked Andrew to join their premiere ensemble as a featured artist this winter. He will be performing the David Concerto for Trombone, arranged for Steel Band and Trombone soloist by Dr. Dave Walton. The concert was held at Catalina Foothills High School auditorium (4300 E Sunrise Drive, Tucson AZ).
